Budget style accommodation, 28 rooms with 4 single bunks in each room, air conditioned and heated. Ladies and gents toilet block, common room and kitchen with fridges, microwave, urn and toaster. Undercover BBQ area. All you need to bring is linen, blankets, plates, cutlery and any cooking needs. Linen can be provided for an additional charge.

FAMILIES
Ideal for families who want to go "camping without a tent." For recreation you can bushwalk, swim in the fresh water river, ride the "mini rapids" on a rubber tyre tube and sit by the campfire in the evening. Large open spaces for outdoor games. Horseriding, canoe hire and restaurant services are also available.

GROUPS
Schools, church groups, sporting groups, linedancers, craft goups, birthday parties, family reunions, weddings or just a group of friends find the bunkhouse lodge ideal for their needs. The 28 rooms sleep up to 112 people and the huge central hall provides an all weather facility for activities. Groups can cater for themselves, but due to the high quality and reasonable prices, most prefer us to cater for them. We will be happy to give you menu options and a quote for your Group.

SCHOOLS
The most popular use of the Bunkhouse is for School Camps, fully catered with food the kids really like. We have a regular school clientele, many of whom book from year to year to secure their venue, but there are still plenty of dates available for new clients.

A great feature of Riverwood Downs school camps is that our staff look after the students at meal times and teachers are given table service in a separate
air-conditioned dining room, which gives teachers three "student free" breaks each day.

The facilities are suitable for all ages from primary to year 12 and we can provide work sheets and program aids suitable for children of all ages. TV and video player are available. Horseriding and canoe hire are also available for an additional charge.

The 28 air conditioned Bunkrooms sleep up to 112 people and access to Riverwood Downs is suitable for Coaches.
